    There is no such bad effect of masturbation. Remember doing anything excess is not good. So excess masturbation should not be performed, rather doing it within a limit wont harm.

    After marriage masturbation is not required. Normally it has no bad effect on marriage.

    I masturbate per day one time is it harmful? I am Unmarried and vergin.
